Let's have some SUSHI

Hi people,

Is our next practical session, this week we’ll be making SUSHI! J

The first 25 students’ response will be able to attend this practical, so take note which number are you in.

Venue: W5 Level 2, Food Science Lab

Time: 4.30pm – 6pm

Attire: Long pants & Covered Shoes, (hair rubber band for girls with long hair)

Things to take note!

*Muslim students please take note that the vinegar we used for the sushi rice consist of alcohol.

*bring your own container if needed
