Baked Pasta
BAKED PASTA INGREDIENTS
- Boil a pot of salt water, add 1TBSP of oil and add in pasta, cook for 15 mins
- Slice the bell peppers to thin slice and slice the mushrooms
- Heat oil over medium heat, fry the bell pepers till slightly soft then add in mushroom and fry for a short while
- Leave everything aside and prepare the sauce. Melt butter over low heat, add flour and mixed well.
- Add milk and stir at medium heat untill the mixture boils and thickens
- Stir half portion of the cheeese and add mixed vegetables, salt, pepper and simmer for about a minute or so.
- Combine pasta and the bell pepper with mushrooms in a baking tray, pour in the sauce over and sprinkle the remaining cheese over
- Bake at about 160DegreeC untill the cheese melts.

- Red & Green Bell peppers
- Button Mushrooms
- Butter 25g
- Flour 25g
- Milk 250ml
- Cheese 150g
- Mixed vegetables 50g
- Salt
- Pepper
